I’ve been surfing Pinterest for some good summer grilling recipes. We tend to fall into habit of the same type of protein from week to week and it was time to mix it up. So this recipe looked specifically yummy and easy. Easy is even more what i’m going for these days. It was very yummy!
I followed the recipe from Pinterest, pretty straight forward (marinating the shrimp in teriyaki marinade for two hours before grilling, recommend marinading a bit longer) and served with Couscous, Corn on the Cob, Asparagus, and Wegman’s Garden Chopped Salad Kit. Loving their variety of Chopped Salad Kits as I love a good salad but am a bit lazy with putting them together. These kits comes with all the fixings and dressing to mix in.
