Sunday Suppers: Ranch Chicken Tenders

Sunday Suppers

A popular main course in the Control Freak House is Ranch Chicken Tenders. Little Control Freak loves it.  Below is my recipe, enjoy!

  • 1 pack of Chicken Breast Tenderloins (this feeds the three of us with a few leftovers, just add a second pack for a larger family) or slice regular chicken breasts into thinner strips
  • Flour, Egg, Milk
  • Italian Breadcrumbs
  • Pack of Ranch Seasoning (or Good Seasons Italian Dressing)

First prep your station. One dish with flour, one dish with a beaten egg and some milk to coat the chicken, then a dish with breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning mixed.


Then dip away, first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, then cover the chicken in ranch breadcrumbs. Grease a pan and sear the chicken until cooked and crispy on the stove top. You could also bake the chicken but I like the crispness of searing.


We typically serve with candied carrots and butternut squash.
