I’m almost embarrassed to admit to this, but it’s so bad it’s good! I found this little gem on Pinterest, of course. Now while not the healthiest it is one of the quickest meals that your whole family is guaranteed to love. We try to limit ourselves to one really unhealthy meal a week and mostly on the weekend (eat healthy during the week and allow splurges on the weekend).
Here it is Nacho Cheese Dorito Chicken Casserole, I served it with a side of Oven Roasted Garlic Broccoli. You know because that balances it all 🙂
