My one time fantastic eater has turned into a typical toddler, she’s become selective. I’ve been trying to disguise the healthy eats, sometimes working and sometimes not. The below meal didn’t turn out to be super successful, but thought it might help someone else.
Trying to sneak in broccoli is tough. Try the below and see if it is a sell with your little one!
- Baked Potato
- Steamed Broccoli finely chopped
- Cheddar Cheese
- Turkey Bacon Bits
- Ranch Dip made from Yogurt (I use Wegman’s Plain Yogurt and sprinkle in some ranch seasoning, tastes great and much healthier).
Dress the potatoes with the goodies and hope for the best! Served with a side of carrots, craisins, and applesauce. Bon Appetit!
