I often have people ask me how I go “100 mph” 24/7. I work full-time, I’m a mom-wife-wanna be domestic goddess, and still find time to write my blog and choreograph a yearly high school musical. There’s a really simple answer for this. I love what I do. If you love what you do, it will never feel like work or a burden. And yes I know SOME of you are thinking, well not everyone has the luxury to love their job. I have news for you, I’m not currently working my dream job either. Gasp! But I really love what I’m doing, the experiences I’ve had, and the people who have come with it. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. So find the positive in what you do or make a change.
Like Maya Angelou said in the above quote. I like myself, I like what I do, and I like how I’m doing it. I might not be a huge success to some people, but I’m happy and everyone in my family is happy too, I call that a success. The day that changes, that’s the day I take a look at my 100 mph life to adjust and restore happiness. Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof!
